Rose Falooda Recipe | Breakfast Care

Rose Falooda a cooling summer dessert which is rich and delicious. It is a Mughlai recipe which is made with milk, rose syrup, falooda seeds, falooda sev and topped with a variety of toppings.
Top the rose milk with vanilla ice cream for a delicious delight and you will love it.

  • ½ pack thin noodles
  • 6 tablespoon rose syrup
  • 1 tablespoon sweet basil seeds
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 cup milk 
  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • tablespoon nuts

  • Soak sweet basil seeds in water.
  • Boil 3 cups of water.
  • Using kitchen sheers cut the noodles into 2 to 3 inch long pieces and then cook them as per the package instructions.
  • Pour in a colander and rinse them in cold water.
  • Now, drain all the water and set aside.
  • Pour the drink in 2 glass by layering 2 tablespoons of soaked sweet basil seeds, 2 tablespoons of cooked noodles, 2 tablespoons of rose syrup, and ¾ cup of milk in each glass.
  • Put a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.
  • Sprinkle some chopped nuts.
  • Stir gently and add more rose syrup if needed.
  • Serve chilled.
  • Enjoy!
