Rose Falooda a cooling summer dessert which is rich and delicious. It is a Mughlai recipe which is made with milk, rose syrup, falooda seeds, falooda sev and topped with a variety of toppings.
Top the rose milk with vanilla ice cream for a delicious delight and you will love it.
Ingredients
- ½ pack thin noodles
- 6 tablespoon rose syrup
- 1 tablespoon sweet basil seeds
- ½ cup water
- 1 cup milk
- 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 1 tablespoon nuts
Instructions
- Soak sweet basil seeds in water.
- Boil 3 cups of water.
- Using kitchen sheers cut the noodles into 2 to 3 inch long pieces and then cook them as per the package instructions.
- Pour in a colander and rinse them in cold water.
- Now, drain all the water and set aside.
- Pour the drink in 2 glass by layering 2 tablespoons of soaked sweet basil seeds, 2 tablespoons of cooked noodles, 2 tablespoons of rose syrup, and ¾ cup of milk in each glass.
- Put a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.
- Sprinkle some chopped nuts.
- Stir gently and add more rose syrup if needed.
- Serve chilled.
- Enjoy!
