Kiwi Mojito | Breakfast Care

Easy and simple recipe to make Kiwi Mojito.

  • 3 kiwi, peeled & sliced
  • 7 mint leaves
  • 3 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 ounces white rum
  • 8 ounces sparkling water 
  • Mint leaves, to garnish
  • Kiwi slices, to garnish
  • Lemon wedges

  1. Place the kiwi slices in a glass and smash with a spoon until only a few pieces remain.
  2. Divide the muddled kiwi between two cocktail glasses.
  3. Add ice to the glasses.
  4. In the shaker, add the lime juice and mint leaves.
  5. Muddle the mint leaves in the juices.
  6. Stir or shake to combine.
  7. Add the rum and mix one more time.
  8. Divide this mixture into the two glasses with kiwi and ice.
  9. Pour 4 ounces sparkling water into each glass.
  10. Garnish with kiwi slices, lemon wedges and mint leaves.
  11. Serve chilled.
  12. Enjoy!
