Egg Chaat Recipe | Breakfast Care

Egg Chaat is a healthy and easy to make recipe. It can be used as snacks, appetizers, brunch. It is one of the best snacks anyone can have.

  • 6-7 eggs
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 2 green chilli
  • 2 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce
  • 4 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  • 2 tablespoon red chilli sauce
  • 2 tablespoon chaat masala powder
  • Salt, as per taste
  • Coriander leaves, to garnish

Boil eggs and peel them.
• Cut eggs into two halves.
In a bowl, add sweet sauce, ketchup, green chili, red chili, coriander, chili sauce, onion, chat masala and salt.
• Mix them very well.
Now add eggs and gently toss.
Garnish and serve.
