What better way to start the day with a burst of energy? This combination will increase your metabolism and will decrease your unnecessary appetite which is good for students who are on a diet.

Fruits and nuts are a great substitute for energy because nuts are known for their good fats that lower cholesterol and fruits are rich in fiber and antioxidants.
