Tiramisu Cups Recipe | Breakfast Care

Tiramisu Cups are easy to make and delicious. These are totally vegan.

  • 1 package firm tofu
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 4 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 teaspoons instant espresso powder
  • Cacao powder
  • Coffee beans

  • Blend the tofu, milk, powdered sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla in a high speed blender. Set aside.
  • In a bowl, combine one cup of warm water with the instant espresso and mix well.
  • Top with filling in the cups.
  • On top of the layer, dust with cacao powder on top.
  • Top with coffee beans.
  • Refrigerate them for at least an hour and serve.
  • Enjoy!
