Ginger Rice Noodles is a delicious, gluten free and can be your new favourite go-to dish.
Ingredients
- 1 pack rice noodles
- 2 tablespoons garlic butter
- 2 tablespoon ginger, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 cups bok choy
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 green onion stalk, thinly sliced
- Salt, as per taste
- Pepper, as per taste
Instructions
- Prepare noodles according to package directions.
- Melt garlic butter in a wok.
- Add ginger and sesame oil and saute for 1-2 minutes.
- Add washed and quartered bok choy, and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Toss in cooked noodles.
- Add soy sauce.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper as per taste. Remove from heat.
- Garnish with green onions.
- Serve hot.
