Ginger Rice Noodles Recipe | Breakfast Care

Ginger Rice Noodles is a delicious, gluten free and can be your new favourite go-to dish. 


Ingredients
  • 1 pack rice noodles
  • 2 tablespoons garlic butter
  • 2 tablespoon ginger, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 cups bok choy
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 green onion stalk, thinly sliced
  • Salt, as per taste
  • Pepper, as per taste

Instructions
  1. Prepare noodles according to package directions.
  2. Melt garlic butter in a wok.
  3. Add ginger and sesame oil and saute for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Add washed and quartered bok choy, and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  5. Toss in cooked noodles.
  6. Add soy sauce.
  7. Sprinkle with salt and pepper as per taste. Remove from heat.
  8. Garnish with green onions.
  9. Serve hot.
  10. Enjoy!
