Ingredients
  • 1/2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup pecans
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • Maple syrup, as per taste

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Spray an 8-inch square baking dish with cooking spray.
  3. In a blender, combine everything except pecans.
  4. Blend until smooth.
  5. Pour in baking dish and top with some pecans.
  6. Bake in preheated oven for about 20 minutes.
  7. Top with sliced banana, flax seeds and pecans.
  8. Drizzle with maple syrup.
  9. Serve immediately.
