Maple Pecan Baked Oats is the best way to start your day. It's a healthy, simple and easy to make recipe.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1 banana
- 1 tablespoon flax seeds
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup pecans
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- Maple syrup, as per taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Spray an 8-inch square baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a blender, combine everything except pecans.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour in baking dish and top with some pecans.
- Bake in preheated oven for about 20 minutes.
- Top with sliced banana, flax seeds and pecans.
- Drizzle with maple syrup.
- Serve immediately.
- Enjoy!
