Watermelon, Cucumber & Feta Salad/ Fruit Salad Recipe | Breakfast Care

Watermelon, Cucumber & Feta Salad is one of the healthiest salad and best way to consume fruits.

  • 5 cups watermelon,  deseede and cubed
  • 1 American cucumber, chopped
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, cut into cubes
  • 1 tablespoon chopped mint
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • Sea salt flakes, as per taste
  • Ground black pepper, as per taste

1. In a large bowl, add the watermelon, cucumber and feta.
2. Squeeze the lime over the salad.
3. Season with salt and ground black pepper.
4. Gently toss to combine.
5. Refrigerate until cool down.
6. Garnish with mint leaves.
7. Serve chilled.
