Ricotta Egg Toast Recipe | Breakfast Care

Ricotta Egg Toast is a perfect way to start your day. It is delicious and healthy as well.

  • 2 eggs
  • A slice of bread
  • 1 tablespoon butter, unsalted
  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  • A pinch of salt

  • In a bowl, whisk eggs and salt.

  • Melt butter in nonstick skillet over medium/low heat.

  • Add eggs and stir until eggs are almost cooked but still runny in parts, about 2 minutes.

  • Remove from heat.

  • Add ricotta and stir just until incorporated but clumps of cheese are still visible.

  • Toptoasts with eggs and sprinkle with more salt.

  • Serve hot.
