Ricotta Egg Toast is a perfect way to start your day. It is delicious and healthy as well.
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- A slice of bread
- 1 tablespoon butter, unsalted
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
In a bowl, whisk eggs and salt.
Melt butter in nonstick skillet over medium/low heat.
Add eggs and stir until eggs are almost cooked but still runny in parts, about 2 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Add ricotta and stir just until incorporated but clumps of cheese are still visible.
Toptoasts with eggs and sprinkle with more salt.
Serve hot.
