Pumpkin Spice Golden Latte Oats Recipe | Breakfast Care

Pumpkin Spice Golden Latte Oats is a best way to start your day. It is delicious and healthy as well. You can have it for breakfast and snacks.

Ingredients
  • 2 cup Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 banana, mashed
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 34 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 2 cup brewed coffee
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
  • Turmeric
  • A pinch of salt
  • Toppings: 1/2 banana (sliced), frozen raspberries, soy yoghurt, granola, hemp seeds, toasted coconut, cinnamon and peanut butter

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and stir well until everything is evenly incorporated.
  2. Portion out the oatmeal into bowls and store in the fridge until ready to eat.
  3. Top with the banana slices, frozen raspberries, soy yoghurt, granola, hemp seeds, toasted coconut, cinnamon and peanut butter.
  4. Serve immediately.
