Paneer Maggi/ Cottage Cheese Maggi is an instant recipe. It's quick, easy to make and takes no time to cook. It's a delicious snack loved by people of all age groups. Paneer makes this recipe more healthy.
Ingredients
- 2 packets maggi noodles
- 1 cup paneer/ cheese cottage, chop into small cubes
- 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 3.5 cups water
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Coriander leaves, to garnish
- Salt, as per taste
Instructions
- Chop paneer into small cubes.
- Heat butter in a pan.
- Toast the paneer cubes. Keep the paneer cubes aside.
- Heat butter bin the same pan.
- Add chilli powder, turmeric powder and little salt, sugar.
- Add water, noodles tastemaker powder and bring to boil.
- Break the noodles and to boiling water. Cook till soft.
- Add paneer cubes.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Mix well.
- Remove from the heat.
- Transfer to a serving dish.
- Enjoy!
