Matcha Toast Recipe | Breakfast Care

Matcha Toast is an easy, healthy and delicious recipe. It is the best way to start your day.

  • A loaf of any bread 
  • 2 cups roasted cashews
  • 1 cup roasted coconut
  • 23 teaspoon matcha powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Coconut chips
  • Honey
  • A pinch of salt

1. Transfer cashews, coconut, matcha powder, vanilla extract and pinch of salt to a blender and blend on low for about 10 minutes, pausing occasionally to scrape down the sides of the blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Spread the mixture over the loaf of bread.
4. Top with coconut chips.
5. Drizzle with honey and serve.
