Matcha Latte Oats Recipe | Breakfast Care

Matcha Latte Oats is perfect way to start your day. It's one of the healthy breakfast you can have.

  • 2 cup Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 banana, mashed
  • 2-3 teaspoon matcha powder
  • 34 tablespoon maple syrup
  • A pinch of salt
  • Toppings: 1/2 banana (sliced), frozen raspberries, hemp seeds, chocolateand and peanut butter


  1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and stir well until everything is evenly incorporated.
  2. Portion out the oatmeal into bowls and store in the fridge until ready to eat.
  3. Top with the banana slices, frozen raspberries, hemp seeds, chocolate and peanut butter.
  4. Serve immediately.
