Masala Macroni Recipe | Breakfast Care

Masala Macroni is a delicious easy to go snack rich in Indian spices. It is easy to make food and takes no time to cook. 

  • 1 cup macaroni
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 green chilli, chopped
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 2 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  • 2 tablespoon oil
  • Salt, as per taste
  • Chopped coriander, to garnish

  • In a pot, heat water andd add a tablespoon of salt and macaroni once water start boiling.
  • Boil till macaroni are soft.
  • Drain and keep aside.
  • In a pan, heat the oil.
  • Once hot, add onion and green chilies. Saute until translucent.
  • Add tomatoes and fry for a minute.
  • Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt. Mix well.
  • Add the boiled macroni and fresh coriander. Mix well.
  • Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
  • Enjoy!

You can add veggies in the macroni.
