Green Apple Smoothie is a best way to start your day. It contains loads of health benefits.

  • 1 large green apple
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 4 dates
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Mint leaves
  • Ice cubes

  1. Core the apple and cut it into chunks. 
  2. Soak the dates and remove the pits from the dates.
  3. In a blender, place all ingredients and blend until smooth.
  4. Add lemon juice and blend for a few seconds again.
  5. Add ice cubes and pour into the jar.
  6. Serve immediately.
