Elaichi Chai/ Cardamom Tea Recipe / How To Make Cardamom Tea | Breakfast Care

Elaichi Chai/ Cardamom Tea is one of the popular Indian tea. Cardamom gives a delicious flavour to tea.

  • 1 cup water
  •  cup milk
  • Sugar, as per taste
  • 1 teaspoon tea powder
  • 2 green cardamom

  • Heat water in a pan.
  • Peel the cardamom and take out the seeds.
  • In a mortar & pestle, crush the seeds.
  • Add the crushed cardamom seeds.
  • Once the water comes to boil, add the milk and sugar. Let it comes to a boil.
  • Add the tea powder and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  • Using the strainer, strain the tea directly into the cup.
  • Serve hot with Indian snacks, cookies or biscuits.
