Crispy Corn Salad is a delicious, healthy and perfect snack. It takes no time to cook.
Ingredients
- 2 cups sweet corn
- 2 tablespoons cornflour
- 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons rice flour
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 small tomato, finely chopped
- 1/2 green bell pepper, finely chopped
- 2 green chillies, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons coriander leaves, finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- Oil
- Black pepper, as per taste
- Salt, as per taste
Instructions
- Boil the sweetcorns in water for 4 to 5 mins.
- Drain the corn completely.
- Add salt and pepper and mix well.
- Add in all the flour and toss gently.
- Place it into a fine mesh sieve and shake so the excess flour is gone.
- Heat oil in a skillet.
- Place the corn into the oil.
- Fry until super crispy and golden from all the sides.
- Drain it in a sieve.
- Add in seasoning, lemon juice, onion, tomato, green bell pepper, coriander leaves and mix well.
- Serve immediately
- Enjoy!
