Crispy Corn Salad Recipe | Breakfast Care

Crispy Corn Salad is a delicious, healthy and perfect snack. It takes no time to cook.

  • 2 cups sweet corn 
  • 2 tablespoons cornflour
  • 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons rice flour
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 small tomato, finely chopped
  • 1/2 green bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 2 green chillies, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons coriander leaves, finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • Oil 
  • Black pepper, as per taste
  • Salt, as per taste

  1. Boil the sweetcorns in water for 4 to 5 mins.
  2. Drain the corn completely.
  3. Add salt and pepper and mix well.
  4. Add in all the flour and toss gently.
  5. Place it into a fine mesh sieve and shake so the excess flour is gone.
  6. Heat oil in a skillet.
  7. Place the corn into the oil.
  8. Fry until super crispy and golden from all the sides.
  9. Drain it in a sieve.
  10. Add in seasoning, lemon juice, onion, tomato, green bell pepper, coriander leaves and mix well.
  11. Serve immediately
