Ingredients
- 1.5 cup old-fashioned
- 2 cups milk
- 4 tablespoon chia seeds
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- Toppings- apple puree, chopped pecans, sliced apple
Instructions
- In a bowl, place all of the ingredients except for toppings and whisk until well combined.
- Cover bowl and refrigerate overnight.
- To serve, add 1-2 tablespoons of the apple puree and oats.
- Add remaining toppings and serve.
