Bhel Puri Recipe | Breakfast Care

Bhel Puri is an simple and easy to make recipe. It is one of the popular Indian snack and street food. 
 


Ingredients
  • 2 cups puffed rice
  • 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup tomato, finely chopped
  • 1 green chilli, chopped
  • A handful of coriander leaves, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon chaat masala
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup sev
  • Mint leaves
  • Salt, as per taste

Instructions
  • In a bowl, add all the ingredients except puffed rice and sev. Mix well together.
  • Add the puffed rice and mix well.
  • Transfer the bhelpuri in serving dish.
  • Garnish with sev and mint leaves.
  • Serve.
  • Enjoy!
