  • 1 cup peach slices, frozen
  • 1 cup mango cubes
  • 1 banana, ripe
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup water
  • Ice cubes
  • Mint leaves
  • Mango cubes

1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Place chia seeds into the jar.
3. Pour the smoothie over chia seeds.
4. Add ice cubes.
