Eggless Biscuit Cake Without Oven is a easy and simple recipe. You can make it without oven with minimal ingredients.


Ingredients
  • 2 packet biscuits ( bourbon/ hide and seek/ oreo )
  • 1 cup milk
  • Water, for steaming
  • 1 teaspoon eno
  • 1 teaspoon oil

Instructions
  • Grease the 5 inch round cake tin with oil.
  • In a large cooker, pour water and place a wire stand or a ring cutter or anything that will elevate the height. 
  • Cover and allow the water to come to a boil for about 10 minutes.
  • Add the bourbon biscuit in a blender and blend to make a fine powder. 
  • Transfer the powder to a mixing bowl.
  • Pour half cup of milk and stir.
  • Add the remaining milk and stir to form a smooth batter.
  • Add eno powder to the batter, and stir in one direction only.
  • Tap the tin to remove the air bubbles.
  • Place the cake tin on the stand and then close the cooker. Steam the cake over low heat for 10-15 minutes.
  • Insert the toothpick in the centre of cake to check that cake is baked completely.
  • Let the cake to cool down.
  • Slice and serve.
