Dragonfruit (Pitaya) Smoothie Recipe/ Breakfast Care

Dragonfruit Smoothie  is a healthy and easy to make recipe. It is the best way to start the day. It boosts immunity, controls moods and hunger. It is full of fiber, magnesium and vitamin.


Ingredients
  • 1/2 dragon fruit
  • 1/4 banana, frozen
  • 1/4 cup cauliflower, frozen
  • 1/4 cup whey protein
  • 3/4 cup coconut milk
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla cardamom

Instructions
  • Wash and peel the dragon fruit.
  • In a blender, add dragon fruit, coconut milk, banana, cauliflower, vanilla cardamom and whey protein.
  • Blend until smooth or desired consistency.
  • Serve immediately.
  • Enjoy!

Note
You can use any other milk if coconut flakes milk is not available.
