Apricot Iced Tea Recipe | Breakfast Care

Apricot Iced Tea is a refreshing drink. It's a perfect drink to beat the summer.

  • cups water
  • 1 cup apricot nectar, chilled
  • 1 cup sugar
  • tea bags
  • 3/4 cup lemon juice
  • Ice cubes

  1. In a pan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil, then remove from the heat and steep the 5 tea bags for 10 minutes. 
  2. Once the tea has steeped, remove the tea bags. Set aside.
  3. In another pan, bring 1 cup of water and 1 cup of sugar to a simmer over medium heat, stirring constantly until the sugar has dissolved.
  4. Allow to cool 10 minutes.
  5. In a jug, mix together steeped tea, simple syrup, lemon juice, apricot nectar, and the remaining 2 cups of water.
  6. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
  7. Pour into the glasses with ice cubes.
  8. Serve chilled.
  9. Enjoy!
