White Sauce Pasta Recipe | Breakfast Care

White Sauce Pasta is a easy and quick recipe. It is a perfect breakfast or brunch idea. This delicious pasta is a best pick for people who loves Italian cuisine.

For Pasta:
• 1 cup pasta
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 5 cups water

For White Sauce:
• 1.5 tablespoons all purpose flour
• 1.5 cups milk
• 1.5 tablespoons butter
• 1/4 teaspoon oregano
• 1/4 teaspoon red chilli flakes
• Salt and pepper, as per taste


  • In a pot, boil water and salt. Add pasta.
  • Boil until the pasta is cooked or for 10 minutes. Drain off the pasta.
  • In a pan, heat butter.
  • Add maida and saute until aromatic on low flame.
  • Add milk and mix well. Mix until the sauce thickens without forming any lumps.
  • Add 1 more cup of milk and continue to stir continuously.
  • Cook until the sauce turns silk smooth and creamy texture.
  • Add pepper, chilli flakes, mixed herbs and salt. Mix well making sure everything is well combined.
  • Add in boiled pasta and mix gently.
  • Mix gently making sure everything is well combined.
  • Serve immediately.
  • Enjoy!

1. Add boiled pasta water if the sauce thickens.
