White Sauce Pasta is a easy and quick recipe. It is a perfect breakfast or brunch idea. This delicious pasta is a best pick for people who loves Italian cuisine.
Ingredients
For Pasta:
• 1 cup pasta |
• 1/2 teaspoon salt • 5 cups water
For White Sauce:
• 1.5 tablespoons all purpose flour • 1.5 cups milk • 1.5 tablespoons butter |
• 1/4 teaspoon oregano |
• 1/4 teaspoon red chilli flakes |
• Salt and pepper, as per taste
Instructions
In a pot, boil water and salt. Add pasta.
Boil until the pasta is cooked or for 10 minutes. Drain off the pasta.
In a pan, heat butter.
Add maida and saute until aromatic on low flame.
Add milk and mix well. Mix until the sauce thickens without forming any lumps.
Add 1 more cup of milk and continue to stir continuously.
Cook until the sauce turns silk smooth and creamy texture.
Add pepper, chilli flakes, mixed herbs and salt. Mix well making sure everything is well combined.
Add in boiled pasta and mix gently.
Mix gently making sure everything is well combined.
Serve immediately.

Notes
1. Add boiled pasta water if the sauce thickens.
2. Add veggies if you want.
