Sweet Potato Smoothie Bowl Recipe | Breakfast Care

Sweet Potato Smoothie Bowl is the best way to start the day. It is just as delicious as it is healthy, even the little ones will be asking for more. It is fully packed with protein and will keep you full and energized all morning.

  • 100 gram sweet potato, frozen & mashed
  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Banana, pb cups, blueberry, blackberry, peanut butter (for topping)

  1. In a bowl, mash the sweet potatoes.
  2. Blend sweet potatoes, banana, milk, butter and cinnamon in a blender until smooth.
  3. Pour into a serving bowl.
  4. Top with banana, on cubes, blueberry, blackberry and peanut butter.
  5. Serve immediately.
  6. Enjoy!

1. Add toppings of your choice.
2. Add more milk if smoothie is too thick.
