Summer Breakfast Bagels are the healthy way to get your morning sugar fix. This fiber-rich breakfast will keep you full until lunch and curb further sugar cravings.

  • Raisin Bagels (Plain or Cinnamon)
  • Peanut butter
  • Cream cheese
  • Fresh fruits: Strawberry, Blueberry, Cherry, Blackberry

  1. Cut the bagels in two parts.
  2. Toast the bagels in the toaster.
  3. Spread the bagels with peanut butter or cream cheese.
  4. Top with strawberries, blueberries, cherries and blackberries 
  5. Serve immediately.
  6. Enjoy!

You can add any fruits of your choice.
