Strawberry Cardamom Cupcakes Recipe | Breakfast Care

Strawberry Cardamom Cupcakes gives the delicious flavour and sweetness of fresh strawberries.

  • 2 cups wheat flour
  • 1 cup strawberries, diced
  • 2 teaspoon cardamom powder
  • 2 teaspoob baking powder
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup yoghurt
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

  1. Preheat oven to 370 degrees and grease the cupcakes tin.
  2. In a bowl, add flour and baking powder.
  3. In a separate bowl, add yogurt, sugar, cardamom, vanilla, and milk. Mix them well together.
  4. Pour into the flour mixture, and mix until just combined.
  5. Toss the diced strawberries with about 2 teaspoons of flour. Gently fold strawberries into the batter.
  6. Spoon batter into the muffins cup, filling almost to the top.
  7. Bake until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean or for about 20 minutes.
  8. Remove the cupcakes to the cooling rack.
  9. Let them cool and serve.
