Stir Fry Udon Noodles With Shrimp is an easy to make recipe for quick dinner, or as an appetizer for a party. It is an Asian inspired dish.

  • 1 pound udon noodles
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled, deveined
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
  • 6 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 5 tablespoons oil
  • A handful of cilantro, chopped
  • Salt, as per taste

  1. In a bowl, whisk garlic, vinegar, soy sauce, oil and salt well.
  2. In a pot, take water and boil udon noodles according to package directions.
  3. Add shrimp 3 minutes before noodles are done and cook, stirring occasionally, until shrimp are pink and cooked through.
  4. Drain noodles and shrimp and add to dressing. Stir and mix well.
  5. Transfer to a serving dish.
  6. Garnish with cilantro and serve.
  7. Enjoy!
