Stir Fry Udon Noodles With Shrimp is an easy to make recipe for quick dinner, or as an appetizer for a party. It is an Asian inspired dish.
Ingredients
- 1 pound udon noodles
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled, deveined
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 6 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 5 tablespoons oil
- A handful of cilantro, chopped
- Salt, as per taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk garlic, vinegar, soy sauce, oil and salt well.
- In a pot, take water and boil udon noodles according to package directions.
- Add shrimp 3 minutes before noodles are done and cook, stirring occasionally, until shrimp are pink and cooked through.
- Drain noodles and shrimp and add to dressing. Stir and mix well.
- Transfer to a serving dish.
- Garnish with cilantro and serve.
