Spinach Balls with seasoned stuffing and Parmesan cheese make a great appetizer, snack or vegetarian meatballs.
These are also a great way to use frozen spinach in your freezer. These are great hot and fresh out of the oven but are also great as they cool to room temperature.
Ingredients
- teaspoons garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine spinach, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, pepper, seasoning, butter and eggs in a bowl. Mix them well together.
- Shape into small-sized balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake in preheated oven until browned or about 25-30 minutes.
- Transfer onto the cooling rack and serve.
- Enjoy!
