Spicy Schezwan Maggie Recipe | Breakfast Care

Then Spicy Schezwan Maggi is the best option for you. It will surely satisfy your craving for spicy food. 

  1. 2 packets schezwan maggi noodles
  2. 1 onions, finely chopped
  3. 1 tomato, finely chopped
  4. 1 green chilli, chopped
  5. 2 teaspoons schezwan chutney
  6. 3 teaspoon oil
  7. 2-3 red chillies
  8. Salt, as per taste
  9. 4 cups water
  10. Fresh coriander leaves, chopped

  1. Heat oil in a pan.

  2. Add the chopped onions cook for few minutes or until aromatic.

  3. Add tomatoes, green chilli and salt. Saute for a minute. 

  4. Add the tastemaker inside the maggi packet.

  5. Add schezwan chutney and cups of water water. Let it come to boil.

  6. Add the noodles.

  7. Cover the lid and cook for 5 minutes.

  8. Once cooked, let it simmer on the lowest flame for few mins.

  9. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves, red chilli and serve.

  10. Enjoy!
