Rocky Road Baked Oatmeal Recipe| Breakfast Care

Rocky Road Baked Oatmeal is the best way to start the day for the chocolate lovers.
It is healthy as well as delicious recipe.


Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 12 banana, mashed
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • Chocolate chips
  • Almonds, chopped
  • Marshmallows
  • A pinch salt

Instructions
1. In a bowl, combine oats, milk, cocoa powder and salt. Mix well.
2. Microwave on high for about 3-4 minutes.
3. Allow to rest 2 minutes then remove from microwave.
4. Stir in vanilla and transfer to the serving dish.
5. Top with almonds, marshmallows and chocolate chips, and serve.
6. Enjoy!
