Quiche Recipe | Breakfast Care

Quiche is great option for breakfast, lunch or dinner as well. It is delicious and satisfying recipe.

  • 1 pie crust, unbaked
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 cups meat
  • Chopped herbs, for topping
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

1. Heat oven to 350°F. Place pie crust in 9-inch glass pie plate as directed on box for One-Crust Filled Pie
2. In a large bowl with a handheld or stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment, beat the eggs, milk, heavy cream, salt, and pepper together on high speed until completely combined, about 1 minute. Whisk in meat.
3. Bake the quiche until the center is just about set, about 45-55 minutes. Allow to cool for 15 minutes.
4. Top with herbs.
5. Slice and serve.
6. Enjoy!

1. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
2. Use a pie crust shield to prevent the pie crust edges from over-browning.
