  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 banana
  • 4 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 2 teaspoon honey/ agave nectar
  • 8-10 ice cubes
  • Pumpkin seeds, for topping

  1. Blend pumpkin, banana, ice, yogurt, spice, honey and milk in a blender until smooth or reached desired consistency.
  2. Pour into the glasses.
  3. Top with pumpkin seeds and serve.

Add more milk, if smoothie is too thick.
