Pina Colada Smoothie Bowl Recipe | Breakfast Care

Pina Colada Smoothie Bowl is a tropical breakfast and is the perfect way to start the day off right. It is nutritious, satisfying and absolutely delightful. 

  • 1.5 cups pineapple
  • 1 lbanana, sliced
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • Honey, as per taste
  • 1 lemon
  • Fresh chopped pineapple, to garnish
  • Toasted coconut, to garnish
  • Coconut flakes, to garnish

  1. In a blender, add the pineapple, banana, and coconut milk.
  2. Blend until smooth or creamy consistency.
  3. Scrape down the sides as necessary and add the honey and lime zest.
  4. Pour into two large bowls.
  5. Top with chopped pineapple, toasted coconut and coconut flakes.
  6. Serve immediately.
  7. Enjoy!
