Peanut Butter Blondies  are delicious, chewy and perfect dessert.

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup peanut butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Grease a 9×13 inch pan or line with parchment paper.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk the melted butter and brown sugar together until combined.
  4. Whisk in the peanut butter.
  5. Add the egg and vanilla. Whisk it well together.
  6. Add the flour, baking powder, and salt. Fold the batter together using a rubber spatula.
  7. Fold in the chocolate chips and spread evenly into prepared pan.
  8. Bake until the toothpick comes out clean when inserted in the centre of the pan or for 30 minutes.
  9. Remove from the oven.
  10. Transfer to the cooling rack.
  11. Cut into the squares, when cool down and serve.
  12. Enjoy!

1. Store leftover blondies at room temperature for up to 1 week.
2. Store in freezer for up to 90 days.
