Peanut Butter & Jelly Overnight Oats are a easy and healthy breakfast that you can easily prep ahead for busy mornings. They’re also a great source of complex carbs, healthy fats, orotein, and fiber – all of which will keep you full until lunch.
Ingredients
• 1/2 cup rolled oats
• 2 tablespoons peanut butter
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1 tablespoon chia seeds
• 1/2 cup mixed berries, frozen
• 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• Sliced banana
• Roasted peanuts
Instructions
- In a airtight jar , combine the oats, milk, peanut butter and chia seeds.
- Add the frozen berries.
- Mix again and let sit overnight in the fridge.
- Top with sliced banana, peanuts, berries and serve in the morning.
- Enjoy!
