Peanut Butter & Jelly Overnight Oats are a easy and healthy breakfast that you can easily prep ahead for busy morningsThey’re also a great source of complex carbs, healthy fats, orotein, and fiber – all of which will keep you full until lunch.

• 1/2 cup rolled oats
• 2 tablespoons peanut butter
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1 tablespoon chia seeds
• 1/2 cup mixed berries, frozen
• 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• Sliced banana
• Roasted peanuts

  1. In a airtight jar , combine the oats, milk, peanut butter and chia seeds.
  2. Add the frozen berries.
  3. Mix again and let sit overnight in the fridge. 
  4. Top with sliced banana, peanuts, berries and serve in the morning.
  5. Enjoy!

You can add toppings of your choice.
