Passion Fruit Smoothie is the best way to start the day.



Ingredients
  • 2 passion fruit, ripe
  • 1 banana, ripe
  • 1/2 cup yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 4-6 ice cubes

Instructions
  • Cut the passion fruit into halves.
  • Scoop the pulp into a blender.
  • Peel the bananas and roughly squash the fruit in your fingers as you add it to the blender.
  • Add the yogurt and milk and whizz to a smooth drink.
  • Pour into glass and serve.
  • Enjoy!

Note
Add more milk, if smoothie is thick.
