Papaya Shake Recipe | Breakfast Care

Papaya Shake is a delicious and refreshing drink to enjoy in summer. 

  • I cup papaya, peeled and cubed
  • 3/4 cup milk, chilled
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Ice cubes
  • 4-5 mint leaves

  • Wash and peel the papaya.
  • Remove the seeds and scrap off the white fleshed skin.
  • Cut papaya into cubes.
  • In a blender, add papaya cubes, milk and sugar and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into glasses and add ice cubes.
  • Top with mint leaves and serve.
  • Enjoy!
