Papaya Shake is a delicious and refreshing drink to enjoy in summer.
Ingredients
- I cup papaya, peeled and cubed
- 3/4 cup milk, chilled
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- Ice cubes
- 4-5 mint leaves
Ingredients
- Wash and peel the papaya.
- Remove the seeds and scrap off the white fleshed skin.
- Cut papaya into cubes.
- In a blender, add papaya cubes, milk and sugar and blend until smooth.
- Pour into glasses and add ice cubes.
- Top with mint leaves and serve.
- Enjoy!
