Summer is in town and it's time to celebrate it with some Papaya Boats. It's Aa simple, refreshing, healthy, satisfying breakfast, and lunch also.
Ingredients
- 1 papaya, ripe
- 1 cup plain yoghurt
- 1/2 cup granola
- 1/2 cup fresh berries
- 1 passion fruit, cut in half and scoop out the seeds
- 1/2 cup grapes
- 1/4 mango, peeled and diced
- Fresh mint, to garnish
Instructions
- Cut papaya in half lengthwise.
- Spoon out seeds from papaya.
- Create a small bowl by scraping.
- Fill both side with yoghurt.
- Topped with granolas and fruits.
- Enjoy!
Note
You can use fruits of your choice.
