Papaya Boats Recipe | Breakfast Care

Summer is in town and it's time to celebrate it with some Papaya Boats. It's Aa simple, refreshing, healthy, satisfying breakfast, and lunch also.

  • 1 papaya, ripe
  • 1 cup plain yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup granola
  • 1/2 cup fresh berries
  • 1 passion fruit, cut in half and scoop out the seeds
  • 1/2 cup grapes
  • 1/4 mango, peeled and diced
  • Fresh mint, to garnish 

  1. Cut papaya in half lengthwise.
  2. Spoon out seeds from papaya.
  3. Create a small bowl by scraping.
  4. Fill both side with yoghurt.
  5. Topped with granolas and fruits.
  6. Enjoy!

You can use fruits of your choice.
