Mocha Peanut Butter Shake | Recipe Breakfast Care




Ingredients
  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 2 tablespoons rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 2 teaspoon Instant coffe
  • 1 date
  • 2 teaspoons cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate chips
  • 1-2 teaspoons honey
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions
1. Add all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth or reached desired consistency.
2. Pour into a jar.
3. Top with peanut butter, chocolate chips, puffed grains and serve.
4. Enjoy!


Note
1. Add your desired toppings.
2. Use any milk, if almond milk is not available.
