Mango Turmeric Smoothie Bowl Recipe | Breakfast Care

Mango Turmeric Smoothie Bowl is the perfect way to start the day. Turmeric contains lot of nutrients and health benefits. It's the healthiest breakfast you can have.

  • 1/2 cup ripe mango cubes
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup ripe papaya
  • 1/2 cup nut milk
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • 2 tablespoons flaxseed meal
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon hemp seeds
  • Sliced banana, blueberries, granolas, almonds (for topping)

  1. Blend all ingredients, except for the toppings, in a blender. 
  2. Blend until smooth or reached desired consistency.
  3. Pour in the bowl.
  4. Top with granola, sliced banana, blueberries, almonds and serve.
  5. Enjoy!

Add more milk, if smoothie is too thick.
