Mango Crepes Recipe | Breakfast Care

Mango Crepes is a quick and easy to make recipe, perfect for breakfast and brunch. 


Ingredients
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Mangoes, to serve
  • Pomegranate seeds

Instructions
  1. In a bowl, add flour, milk and water. Whisk them well together.
  2. Add the butter, egg, and sugar. Stir continue.
  3. Grease a pan with butter.
  4. Pour in 1/4 cup crepe batter.
  5. Spread the batter thinly and evenly by swirling the pan. Cook for 2 minutes.
  6. Flip and cook the other side for 1 minute.
  7. Serve with fresh mangoes and pomegranate seeds.
  8. Enjoy!
