Malai Mango Khandvi Recipe | Breakfast Care

No confusion only fusion!
Malai Mango Khandvi is the fusion of traditional khandvi of Gujrat and Mangoes. It's perfect for dessert as it is delicious and packed with mango flavour.

  1. 1/2 cup gram flour
  2. 1/2 cup mango pulp
  3. 2 tablespoons condensed milk
  4. 2 tablespoons milk
  5. 3 tablespoons sugar
  6. 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg powder
  7. 8-10 almonds, chopped
  8. Mango cubes

1. Grind gram flour and mango pulp along with water in grinder until smooth.
2. In a pan, add the paste and cook on medium flame.
3. Add sugar to it and cook while stirring it furiously.
4. Stir and cook until it starts boiling. Add nutmeg powder at this stage.
5. Take some plate and spread the batter on them thinly using a flat spatula.
6. Keep the plates aside for 10 minutes until set.
7. After it has set, cut into rectangular sheets of 1.5 to 2 inches.
8. Separate it using a knife and roll to fold it.
9. Take mango pulp and condensed milk.
10. Spread some mango milk over them.
11. Garnish with chopped almonds and mango cubes, and serve.
