Homemade Pizza Without Oven Recipe | Breakfast Care

Homemade Pizza without oven, yes now you can make your favourite pizza in kadhai itself. This great pizza recipe does not require yeast, no oven also. Isn’t that a good news?
It is very easy to make now lets get on to learn how to make pizza without oven.

For Pizza Base/ Dough:
  • 2 cups of maida(instant yeast, wheat flour, purpose flour)
  • 1 cup plain yoghurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
For Pizza Sauce:
  • 2-3 tomatoes
  • 1  onion
  • 10 cloves of garlic
  • 5 kashmiri red chilies
  • 2 tablespoons tomato ketchup
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • Salt, as per taste
For Topping:
  • 1 capsicum, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
  • 2-3 cheese cubes, grated
  • Chili flakes 
  • Oregano

For Dough:
  • In a big bowl, take 2 cups plain flour. Add some salt to taste.
  • Make soft dough by adding a little curd at a time.
  • Knead this dough for 10-15 min and add a splash of water if you feel the dough has become dry.
  • Apply 1/2 tsp oil on the finished dough and keep it aside in a warm place by covering it using a damp cloth for about 1/2 an hour.
For Sauce:
  • Cut tomatoes roughly and slice an onion.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add tomatoes, onion, cloves of garlic, kashmiri red chilies, teaspoon red chilli powder, tomato ketchup, sugar and salt. Saute for 5 minutes or until tomatoes become soft. Remove from the heat.
  • Let it cool down at room temperature for 5-10 minutes
  • Grind all above boiled ingredients in a smooth paste.
To Assemble Pizza:
  • Take the dough out of the bowl after 1/2 hour of rest and knead it for few seconds.
  • Take a portion of dough depending on the size of pizza plate you have. Cover it with a damp cloth and keep it aside for 10 min.
  • Place the base in the pizza plate and press the base along the side of the plate.
  • Spread some pizza sauce on the base.
  • Add some grated cheese over sauce layer.
  • Put sliced capsicum and onion.
  • Again, add grated cheese over veggies. 
  • Add chilli flakes.
To Bake Pizza:
  • Take a large kadhai and place a small bowl in kadhai.
  • Preheat it on a high flame for 10 min.
  • Gently place the pizza plate on the bowl and cover kadhai with a lid. 
  • Bake this pizza for 30 minutes on a high flame.
  • Once pizza crust is golden brown, gently remove the plate from kadhai.
  • Cut the pizza in slices.
  • Top it up with some oregano and chili flakes.
  • Serve hot.
  • Enjoy!

1. Knead the dough with water, if curd is not available.
2. You can use veggies of your choice.
