Homemade Mango Ice-cream is creamy and delicious, bursting with tropical mango flavor. It is perfect ice-cream for summer, specially for mango lovers.
Ingredients
- 1 cup mango pulp
- 1/2 cup condensed milk
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Peel and cube the mango, then puree in a blender until smooth.
- In a bowl, whip cream until almost stiff peaks.
- Add the condensed milk and mix well.
- Add the mango puree and vanilla combine well. Fold until just combined.
- Pour into an ice cream container and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Serve chilled.
