Homemade Mango Ice-cream is creamy and delicious, bursting with tropical mango flavor. It is perfect ice-cream for summer, specially for mango lovers.

  • 1 cup mango pulp
  • 1/2 cup condensed milk
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Peel and cube the mango, then puree in a blender until smooth.
  • In a bowl, whip cream until almost stiff peaks.
  • Add the condensed milk and mix well.
  • Add the mango puree and vanilla combine well. Fold until just combined.
  • Pour into an ice cream container and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
