Grilled Chicken Salad is a healthy and delicious lunch or dinner idea. It is easy to put together, very filling, tasty and is perfect to satisfy your craving for chicken.
Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, grilled
- 4 cups lettuce, chopped
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 cup red onion, chopped
- 4 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper, as per taste
Instructions
- In a large salad bowl, combine lettuce, cherry tomatoes and onion.
- In a cup, whisk together oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and oregano well.
- Pour above mixture over salad and toss gently to coat.
- Slice or chop grilled chicken breasts.
- Place salad on serving plates.
- Arrange grilled chicken breast on top of the salad and serve.
