Grilled Chicken Salad Recipe | Breakfast Care

Grilled Chicken Salad  is a healthy and delicious lunch or dinner idea. It is easy to put together, very filling, tasty and is perfect to satisfy your craving for chicken.

  • 2 chicken breasts, grilled
  • 4 cups lettuce, chopped
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 cup red onion, chopped
  • 4 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper, as per taste

  1. In a large salad bowl, combine lettuce, cherry tomatoes and onion.
  2. In a cup, whisk together oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and oregano well.
  3. Pour above mixture over salad and toss gently to coat.
  4. Slice or chop grilled chicken breasts.
  5. Place salad on serving plates. 
  6. Arrange grilled chicken breast on top of the salad and serve.
  7. Enjoy!
