Egg Maggi Noodles Recipe | Breakfast Care

Egg Maggi Noodles is the perfect easy recipe for breakfast. This recipe is loved by people of all ages. It tastes delicious.

  • 2 packets maggi noodles
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup tomato, chopped
  • 1/4 cup carrots, chopped
  • 1/4 cup beans, chopped
  • 2-3 garlic clove
  • 1 green chilli, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • Maggi tastemaker (present inside maggi noodles packet)
  • Oil
  • 2 cup water
  • Salt, as per taste


  1. Chop onion, garlic, beans and carrots finely.
  2. Bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Add the noodles along with just a few drops of oil.
  3. Once noodles turn soft, switch off the flame. Make sure that they are not overcooked as they will turn out mushy.
  4. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan. Add chopped garlic and green chilli.
  5. Once they turn brown, add chopped onions. Saute till they turn translucent. Add beans and carrots along with red chilli powder.
  6. Mix well and cook this on a low flame till the vegetables turn soft.
  7. Whisk the egg in a bowl and it to the vegetables. Scramble the egg and once it is cooked, add the tastemaker and mix well. Saute for a minute.
  8. Add the cooked noodles. Mix well till the noodles are coated with the masala.
  9. Cook for a minute and remove from heat.
  10. Transfer to the serving plate and serve hot 
  11. Enjoy!
