Cucumber Smoothie Recipe| Breakfast Care

Cucumber Smoothie is one of the healthiest breakfast drink you can have in morning as it is a natural detoxifier. Cucumbers contains abundant amount of vitamin A, B & C. It provides many properties such as anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and anti-cancer. It's a best smoothie to beat the summer heat.


Ingredients
• 1 cucumber
• 1/2 cup of fresh basil leaves
• 1/2 cup of bay spinach
• 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 cup water
• A pinch of salt
• Ice cubes
• Cucumber slices, for garnishing

Instructions
1. Play cucumber, basil leaves, bay spinach, salt, lemon juice and water in blender and blend until smooth or reached desired consistency.
2. Pour ice and smoothie into glasses.
3. Garnish with cucumber slices and serve.
4. Enjoy!

Note
Add more water, if smoothie is too thick.
