Coconut Ladoo/ Nariyal Ladoo Recipe |Breakfast Care

Coconut Ladoo/ Nariyal Ladoo are so easy and quick to make than other laddoo recipes. Fresh coconut make this recipe so delicious. It is typically prepared during festival seasons such as diwali, ganesh chaturthi and navaratri.

Ingredients
  • cup coconut, finely shredded
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • ½ cup condensed milk
  • 2 teaspoon ghee
  • Pistachios, to garnish

Instructions
  1. In a pan, put the shredded coconut and roast for 2 minutes at low flame.
  2. Add the condensed milk and mix till all the coconut is coated with condensed milk.
  3. Add the sugar and mix well. Switch off the flame once mixture becomes thick.
  4. Cool down the mixture for 5 minutes.
  5. Apply some ghee on your palm, take some mixture and make a round ball out of it.
  6. Roll the ladoo in shredded coconut.
  7. Garnish with pistachios and serve.
  8. Enjoy!

Note
You can refrigerate ladoo for up to 10 days.
