Carrot Juice Recipe | Breakfast Care

Carrot Juice is one of the healthiest and delicious juice you can have in your breakfast. It is a better and easier version of just eating raw or cooked carrots. It is a source of vitamin, minerals and nutrients for your overall health.


Ingredients
  • cups carrots, chopped
  • 2 oranges
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • tsp fresh grated ginger
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Ice cubes
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions
1. Press carrots, ginger, lime juice, oranges and a pinch of salt through a juicer.
2. Pass through a strainer/ filter and collect the juice at bottom.
3. Pour into the glasses and add ice cubes.
4. Serve chilled.
5. Enjoy!
